Josh Murphy, the owner, is personally involved with his clients and Sean does a great job every week cleaning our pool. He’s in and out without us even noticing. Josh makes house calls just to make sure his clients are pleased with their service and will gladly make any adjustments you want. He even had guard rails installed for us, making it safe to enter and exit the pool. We are very pleased with there service.

Josh Murphy of Murphy’s Pool Service has provided us with professional, consistent service for our pool. Prior to hiring Murphy’s Pool Service to maintain our pool weekly, we were constantly disappointed in the pool services we hired. Often they did not show up and did not maintain the pool correctly. We watched as our pool went from crystal clear to murky. At one point we thought about filling in the pool just to have some freedom from poor pool service. We contacted Josh to come and give us his opinion of our pool and immediately hired him to provide us with pool service. He has returned our pool to the clear and beautiful pool it once was. We have used Murphy’s Pool’s Service for the past couple years after using a couple groups previously. Josh’s group has been amazing. We’ve been very happy with their service! Josh and his crew are reliably efficient with caring for our maintenance needs, keeping the pool spotless with clean, clear water throughout the summer. He has arranged for repairs, as needed (in part thanks to my 8 yr old!) to our pump, heater, and filters – each repair was thorough, successful, and actually cost less than I expected, and none have needed return visits. Josh is very personable and easy to work with. After a while, I thought I was going to do my own pool maintenance, as I’d learned enough to keep the pool tidy, but Josh’s reliability, thoroughness and knowledge convinced me otherwise. I moved from MI to AZ earlier this year. I purchased a home in Anthem, AZ which has an in-ground pool. This is the first time I have owned a pool, so I continued with weekly pool service with the company Murphy’s Pool Service that the previous owners used for years. I was skeptical at first to pay for a service, which I thought was probably an easy and quick process, and something I could do myself or cut back to once a month. After six weeks I have to say I was wrong and could not be happier with Murphy’s Pool Service for a number of reasons. First of all, John comes every week at the same time. He does every thing necessary to make sure my pool is clean, safe and operating correctly. He is at my home for about 15 minutes every week and leaves details about what he did. He answers my questions, takes time to show me things (like how to turn on the heater etc.) and helps me out with non-pool issues, like suggesting local companies for repairs. He is also so nice to my dog!! I was able to set up online payments and it is easy to contact the company with questions, which both time were answered quickly. I requested to have someone come out to show me everything about the operation of my pool. Yesterday, the owner Josh Murphy came over and spent time going over all the settings and functionality of the pool (filter, pump, lights, fountain, jets, bubbler, water filler etc.). He took the time to explain to me the cost of running everything and ways to turn things on and off. He did all of this as a service at NO additional CHARGE! Who does that? It is a real bargain to have peace of mind knowing my pool is safe and running efficiently. Thank you Murphy’s Pool for allowing me more time to relax by the pool and enjoy my retirement. I highly recommend this company!
